You will partner with business leads to advise on privacy, data protection, and related regulatory matters while leveraging contract lifecycle tools to improve efficiency.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and interpreting agreements for US/Canadian companies.
• Law bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced English; ability to review/negotiate contracts in English only.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize commercial agreements in English.
• Advise on contract risk and interpretation.
• Support privacy, data security, HIPAA, GDPR, and regulatory matters.
• Contribute to data metrics and contract process improvements.
