Ideal candidates should have 3-8 years of payroll configuration experience, excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment. Knowledge of tools like Workday and Oracle is a plus.

Formación

• 3-8 years of payroll configuration experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in implementation or client service.
• Proven ability to analyze requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Functional owner of data integration.
• Responsible for client data conversion and verification.
• Partners with Payroll Lead Consultant regarding data readiness.

Conocimientos

High English and Spanish verbal skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills
