Snowrelic Inc. is seeking a SAP HCM Payroll Functional Consultant for Colombia, offering a 100% remote arrangement within Colombia. The contract position focuses on Colombian payroll deployments and ensuring quality delivery through go-live.

The role requires strong SAP HCM Payroll expertise, deep knowledge of local payroll rules, and experience delivering end-to-end payroll deployments. Excellent stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation are essential.

Formación

• Strong functional SAP HCM Payroll experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Colombia payroll, statutory requirements, and payroll processes.
• At least one end-to-end SAP Payroll deployment.
• Strong client-facing communication and workshop facilitation skills.
• SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification is preferred.
• Candidates located in Romania are strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead/support client workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and documentation.
• Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and/or SAP HCM Payroll for Colombia.
• Support data mapping, cleansing, transformation, migration, and data-security requirements.
• Define payroll integration requirements and support integration workshops and documentation.
• Perform functional testing, resolve defects, support UAT, cutover, go-live, and transition to support teams.
• Support project scoping, solution design, estimates, and change requests where needed.
• Follow SAP Activate/FastTrack implementation methodology.
