Formación

We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Bogotá. This role will act as a key link between the Human Resources department and the different business units, driving people management strategies that contribute to the achievement of organizational goals.

The selected candidate will play a key role in talent development, organizational effectiveness, and strengthening a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with leaders across different departments to align Human Resources strategies with business and operational objectives.
• Lead initiatives related to workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
• Support recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee development processes.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to support data-driven decision-making and promote continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with Colombian labor legislation and the organization's internal policies.
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organization.
• Facilitate change management and organizational culture initiatives.
• Support and manage processes related to payroll.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources roles, preferably in multinational companies or dynamic, fast-growing environments.
• Strong knowledge of Colombian labor legislation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to translate strategies into execution.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Experience working with HRIS systems and making data-driven decisions.
