Mariani Enterprises LLC is seeking a Landscape Construction Project Manager to lead large residential projects from estimation through completion. You will collaborate with clients, design teams, and field crews to deliver on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards in the Rocky Mountain region.

This role requires at least five years in landscape construction project management, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, and client relations.

Formación

  • Minimum of five years of relevant project management experience in landscape, site, or construction environments.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Construction, Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering construction projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, scheduling programs, and project management tools.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex construction concepts to stakeholders.
  • Ambitious and dedicated to advancing the landscape profession.

Responsabilidades

  • Oversee multiple large-scale residential projects from estimation to completion.
  • Ensure client satisfaction, financial performance, schedule adherence, and quality goals are met.
  • Manage job-site safety programs to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct field layout and coordinate with subcontractors.
  • Read blueprints and visualize efficient construction methods.
  • Manage project budgets, scheduling, crew organization, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Utilize creative construction means and methods to achieve desired results.
  • Handle financial management of assigned projects, including negotiation and management of project buyouts.
  • Cultivate positive client relationships and address any concerns or issues.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and training to Assistant Project Managers, Field Supervisors, Foremen, and Crew Leaders.

POSITION SUMMARY:

As the Landscape Construction Project Manager at Rocky Mountain Custom Landscape, you will be a key leader responsible for overseeing the successful execution of landscape projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate closely with clients, design teams, and construction crews to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise in project management and landscaping will be crucial in transforming outdoor spaces and creating captivating landscapes that harmonize with the natural beauty of the Rocky Mountain region.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Oversee multiple large-scale residential projects from estimation to completion.
  • Ensure client satisfaction, financial performance, schedule adherence, and quality goals are met.

Position Range:

$90,000 - $110,000 plus commission structure
