Four Seasons Hotel Bogotá is seeking a capable Cook 3 to join our culinary team. You will contribute to producing high-quality dishes, manage daily kitchen tasks, and support event service with strict adherence to recipes and hygiene standards.

You bring a technical cooking certification and experience in luxury hospitality, with the ability to work flexible hours and collaborate closely with chefs and peers.

Qualificações

• Hygienic and well-groomed with good personal presentation.
• Technical culinary certification and hotel/restaurants experience.
• Experience in high-end hotels or fine dining preferred.
• Basic English knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare daily production tasks and maintain product quality.
• Organize work cleanly and follow BPM standards.
• Execute events with standard recipes and processes.
• Label products clearly and ensure breakfast production meets standards.
• Work harmoniously with colleagues and assist chefs as needed.

Four Seasons Hotel Casa Medina Bogotá está buscando un Cocinero 3 que comparta una pasión por la excelencia y que infunden entusiasmo en todo lo que hacen. Nuestros cocineros tienen la oportunidad de dar forma a nuestra experiencia del huésped. Esta posición reporta al Chef y requiere permiso de trabajo Colombiano.

Funciones

• Realizar laborales diarias de producción
• Asegurar la calidad de todos los productos
• Trabajar de manera organizada y pulcra cumpliendo todas las BPM
• Realizar todas las tareas relacionadas con eventos asegurando el cumplimiento de los procesos estándar y recetas establecidos
• Mantener con la rotulación todos los productos
• Asegurar la producción de desayunos diaria garantizando el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad
• Supervisar y asegurar que todos los Cook 3 cumplan las funciones asignadas supervisando los procesos para garantizar la calidad
• Realizar actividades operativas y de supervisión, y/o proyectos especiales que establezcan sus jefes directos.
• Trabajar armónicamente con los compañeros de trabajo.
• Y en general todas aquellas funciones relacionadas con su cargo y/o las tareas que le sean solicitadas por el Chef, Sous Chef y Gerente de Alimentos y Bebidas.

Cualificaciones y competencias preferidas

• Higiene y presentación personal adecuada
• Título técnico en cocina
• Experiencia en hoteles y/o restaurantes de alta cocina más de dos años
• Conocimientos básicos de cocina española
• Conocimientos de técnicas de cocción
• Disponibilidad horaria completa
• Preferiblemente que tenga facilidades de desplazamiento o cercanía a su lugar de vivienda
• Capacidad de elaborar inventarios
• Conocimiento en el manejo de diferentes equipos de cocina (Horno rational, horno de convección, sousvide, máquina de vacío)
• Conozca las normas de reciclaje
• Conocimientos básicos de inglés
