AgileEngine seeks a Cloud Platform Technical Lead to own reliability and orchestration of an enterprise data platform in a regulated healthcare environment. You will lead the technical direction across AWS, EKS, Kubernetes, Argo Workflows, Snowflake, S3, and data pipelines.

You will mentor engineers, drive IaC and CI/CD practices, and manage cross-functional incidents while aligning platform decisions with security and compliance requirements.

Formación

• 6+ years of Cloud/Platform Engineering, DevOps or SRE experience.
• Hands-on AWS production environments, security, networking, access management, monitoring.
• Expert with Kubernetes/Amazon EKS, observability, scaling, upgrades, reliability.
• Experience with Argo Workflows or similar orchestration for production data workloads.
• Infrastructure as Code, Terraform, CI/CD, release automation and rollback practices.
• Designing and operating observability, logging, monitoring, alerting, and incident routing.
• Lead incidents and cross-functional troubleshooting across infra, data pipelines, analytics.
• Definition of service levels, runbooks, change controls and on-call responsibilities.
• Strong data platform knowledge: Snowflake, S3 data lakes, SQL, dbt, Fivetran/HVR, pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python, Shell, Bash for automation and tooling.
• Stakeholder management and clear communication; English fluency.
• Latency to service windows alignment and on-call readiness.

Responsabilidades

• Own technical direction and end-to-end reliability of the managed Data Platform across AWS, EKS, Kubernetes, Argo Workflows, Snowflake, S3, Fivetran and custom ingestion pipelines.
• Lead transition to managed services with platform discovery, risk mapping, knowledge transfer, and readiness validation.
• Establish and evolve IaC, CI/CD, observability patterns, and platform engineering priorities.
• Provide technical leadership for AWS, Kubernetes, Argo Workflows, deployment automation, and access management.
• Translate needs into actionable requirements, plans, and a continuous-improvement backlog.
• Guide cross-platform decisions involving Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, data-lake ops and analytics dependencies.
• Lead complex cross-platform troubleshooting and L3 escalation across infra, ingestion, orchestration, Snowflake, Tableau.
• Direct incident response with impact assessment, recovery strategy, root-cause analysis and post-incident review.
• Ensure changes include review, validation, rollback planning, traceability, and cross-component coordination.
• Define reliability metrics: availability, data freshness, workflow reliability, MTTR, and incident patterns.
• Lead automation, observability, auto-remediation, resilience, and cloud-cost efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with Security, Governance, IT and stakeholders for least-privilege access and auditability.
• Mentor engineers, review work, and build distributed-team capability.
• Coordinate LatAm and India coverage windows with clear ownership and handoffs.
