AgileEngine is seeking a Cloud Platform Technical Lead to own the reliability and orchestration of an enterprise data platform within a regulated healthcare environment. You will lead AWS/Kubernetes operations, Argo Workflows, and IaC pipelines, guiding incident response and platform improvements.

The role requires 6+ years in cloud/platform engineering, strong English communication, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across time zones.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Cloud/Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE
• Hands-on with AWS production environments and cloud security
• Expert in Kubernetes and Amazon EKS with observability and reliability
• Experience with Argo Workflows or similar orchestration
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and CI/CD practices
• Experience with observability, logging, monitoring, and incident response
• Strong mentoring and cross-functional leadership
• Strong English communication and stakeholder engagement

Responsibilities

• Own the reliability and end-to-end operation of the Data Platform on AWS
• Lead transition into managed services with risk mapping and knowledge transfer
• Define cloud architecture principles, IaC standards, CI/CD practices
• Provide leadership for AWS, Kubernetes, Argo, and Tableau dependencies
• Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and backlogs
• Mentor engineers and drive cross-functional improvements
• Participate in senior escalation and on-call rotation
