MicroSourcing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support day-to-day financial operations from its Bogotá location. You will maintain accurate records, process transactions, reconcile accounts, and assist with routine bookkeeping tasks using cloud-based platforms such as QuickBooks, Stripe, and Bill.com.

The role requires 5+ years of bookkeeping experience, advanced English, and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Formación

5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
Advanced English proficiency.
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
Experience with cloud-based accounting software.
Familiarity with QuickBooks; Stripe and Bill.com preferred.

Responsabilidades

Record and maintain accurate financial transactions.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Process invoices, bills, and payments in a timely manner.
Reconcile bank accounts, credit card transactions, and payment records.
Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks.
Monitor and reconcile customer payments processed through Stripe.
Manage bills and payment workflows using Bill.com.
Assist with month-end reconciliations and basic financial reporting.
Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation.
Help resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
Support the finance team with other bookkeeping and administrative tasks as needed.
