Tapouts is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support daily financial tasks in a fully remote role based in Colombia. The candidate will maintain accurate records, process transactions, and assist with routine bookkeeping using cloud-based platforms.

Strong organization, proactive approach, and 5+ years of experience are required, with Advanced English proficiency. The role emphasizes experience with QuickBooks, Stripe, and Bill.com, plus proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets,

Formación

• At least 5 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting or similar finance role.
• Experience using QuickBooks for day-to-day bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Advanced English language skills for communication with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Process invoices, bills, and payments in a timely manner.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card transactions, and payment records.
• Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks.
• Monitor and reconcile customer payments processed through Stripe.
• Manage bills and payment workflows using Bill.com.
• Assist with month-end reconciliations and basic financial reporting.
• Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation.
• Help resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
• Support the finance team with other bookkeeping and administrative tasks as needed
