World Business Lenders (WBL) seeks a Closing Team Leader to oversee day-to-day operations of the Closing function, ensuring loans move from Clear-to-Close through funding while meeting quality standards and SLAs.

You will provide hands-on leadership, guidance, monitor workload and pipeline performance, and collaborate with Title, Underwriting, Credit, Processing, Valuations, Legal and Funding to resolve issues and keep closing timelines on track.

• Experience leading closing teams in commercial lending or mortgage processing.
• Ability to manage workload and monitor pipeline performance in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet SLAs and quality standards.

• The Closing Team Leader supports the day-to-day operations of the Closing function, helping ensure loans move efficiently from Clear-to-Close through funding while meeting quality standards, internal procedures, and required service-level agreements (SLAs).
• This role provides hands-on leadership, guidance, and support to Closing team members, monitors workload and pipeline performance, and helps resolve operational issues that may affect closing timelines or funding. The Closing Team Leader works closely with Title, Underwriting, Credit, Processing, Valuations, Legal, and Funding to ensure closing conditions are satisfied accurately and on time.
