RS2 is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to oversee key client accounts and manage day-to-day expectations. You will ensure clear communication, deliver on contractual obligations, and drive customer satisfaction through proactive engagement.

You will build relationships with clients and internal teams, conduct business reviews, identify upsell opportunities, and coordinate across functions to meet service levels and deliverables. Strong English and organizational skills are essential.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years in a similar client-facing role.
• Proven track record of achieving optimum client satisfaction.
• Degree in IT/Management/Business Administration or equivalent.
• Proficient with Google Workspace (Google Suite).
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and their key personnel.
• Conduct business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with products and services.
• Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage day-to-day client needs.
• Be the main escalation point for clients.
• Monitor service levels and deliverables with internal teams.
