RS2, a leading payments services provider, seeks a Business Support Analyst – Client Focus. You will manage client lifecycle from requirements gathering to production support, coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and stable operations.

Responsibilities include incident management, SLA adherence, and driving improvements in processes and service quality while collaborating with clients across regions and during go-live and BAU phases.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in card payments or related field.
• Strong client-facing communication and requirements gathering skills.
• Experience with testing activities, UAT, and release management processes.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full client lifecycle from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.
• Coordinate delivery activities, testing, UAT, and release management.
• Act as primary point of contact for production incidents and service requests.
• Ensure SLA compliance and effective communication between clients and internal teams.
• Drive continual service improvement and root cause analysis.
