Standard Chartered is seeking a Client Manager, responsible for driving client service progress and managing day-to-day maintenance across an aligned portfolio. The role requires English fluency and proactive client relationship handling.

You will partner with RMs, Product Sales, and Operations to resolve issues, ensure onboarding and credit monitoring, and deliver timely reporting with strong service standards.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Banking or Finance preferred.
• Ideally 3+ years experience in banking or other relevant environment.
• Languages: English and/or local language skills as relevant to country requirements.
• Knowledge of local regulations (CDD, credit and lending, risk management).
• Superior writing and presentation skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a service partner with RMs, Product Sales, Operations and other stakeholders to solve client issues and identify service improvements.
• Align CM activities with CCIB strategy and leadership expectations and ensure regular engagement on priorities and gaps.
• Support RMs with the assigned client portfolio: onboarding, credit monitoring, and flow maintenance to mitigate risk and maintain service quality.
• Escalate issues to CM Team Lead for follow-up as relevant.
