SOLVO S.A.S is hiring a Client Solutions Associate in Medellín to help clients maximize the value of our software solutions. You will partner with clients to understand their needs, support implementations, and deliver outstanding service.

The role requires advanced English, at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected, and you will work with internal teams on product

Formación

Advanced English (written and spoken).
Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

Partner with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
Support platform implementations and product services to ensure client success.
Respond to client inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
Conduct training sessions, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.
Manage cases, tasks, and documentation to keep projects organized and on track.
Collaborate with internal teams on software releases and continuous improvements.
Deliver outstanding customer service while building strong client relationships.
