Dialectica is seeking an Associate for the Client Service Team to connect clients with industry experts and bridge knowledge gaps across multiple markets. You will conduct high-level research, identify top experts, and contact them to assess fit for client needs.

The role requires strong English proficiency and excellent client service mindset, across a dynamic, globally distributed team. You will develop skills in sales support, time management, prioritization, and professional communication

Formación

• Fluency in English is required, both written and verbal.
• 0–3 years of work experience in relevant fields.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
• Demonstrated leadership in extracurricular activities.

Responsabilidades

• Review client project briefs to understand knowledge gaps and research relevant experts.
• Reach out to potential experts via phone, LinkedIn, and email.
• Screen experts for suitability and relevance to client needs.
