Dialectica seeks a Client Support Analyst to join our 24/7 client support system. You will provide exceptional service, coordinate expert interviews, and resolve inquiries, bridging time zones and ensuring timely support after 5:30pm.

You will maintain accurate records, support client communications, and assist with logistics for project management. The role requires 1+ year in customer service, fluent English, a bachelor’s degree, and the ability to work 5:30pm–2:30am.

Formación

• 1+ years in a customer service role.
• Fluent English in all language dimensions.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Availability to work 5:30pm – 2:30am.
• Strong communication and interaction skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review client project briefs to understand knowledge gaps and identify relevant experts.
• Use phone and email outreach to connect with experts.
• Screen experts for suitability and relevance to client needs.
• Provide administrative support on expert interviews and project status.
• Support client communications and project management logistics.
