HarbourVest Partners seeks a Client Onboarding Associate to coordinate fund closings across multiple teams, delivering a smooth client experience. You will work with investor relations, legal, tax, accounting, and marketing to align activities and timelines.

The role requires strong communication, project management, and a client-service focus, with 5+ years in financial services, preferably private equity. A hybrid work model is offered with travel as needed.

Formación

• 5+ years in financial services, preferably private equity (associate level).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong communication, prioritization, and client service orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and coordinate client closings into HarbourVest fund strategies with internal teams.
• Collaborate with onboarding teammates to meet timelines and manage priorities.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners and monitor risk.
• Manage third-party engagement related to closing and onboarding.
• Identify standard processes and drive efficiencies across clients.
