Acento Real Estate Partners is seeking an Onboarding & Compliance Analyst to support the Investor Relations team. You will manage investor onboarding from documentation to fund admission, coordinate KYC/AML and compliance with fund administrators, and maintain investor records in Salesforce.

The Onboarding & Compliance Analyst will play a key role within our Investor Relations team, supporting the operational and compliance processes that ensure a seamless onboarding experience for our investors.

In this role, you will manage investor onboarding from documentation through fund admission, coordinate compliance requirements with fund administrators, maintain accurate investor records, and provide outstanding service to domestic and international investors. You will also contribute to process improvements and AI-driven initiatives designed to enhance efficiency and scalability across the Investor Relations function.

Key responsibilities include:

• Investor Onboarding & Portal Management
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new investors, from documentation collection through fund admission.
  • Lead the administration and continuous improvement of Acento's investor onboarding portal, ensuring a seamless investor experience.
  • Guide domestic and international investors throughout the subscription process while providing exceptional support.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities with fund administrators and external partners to ensure timely and accurate fund admission.
  • Monitor onboarding progress, proactively identifying and resolving issues to keep processes on track.
• Compliance Coordination & KYC/AML Support
  • Coordinate the end-to-end KYC/AML documentation process with investors, placement agents, and fund administrators.
  • Manage the collection, review, and submission of subscription agreements, tax forms, and compliance documentation.
  • Track compliance reviews, follow up on outstanding requirements, and communicate updates to all stakeholders.
  • Support compliance process improvements and contribute to AI-driven automation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.
• Investor Data Management & Support
  • Maintain accurate investor records and documentation repositories within Salesforce and related systems.
  • Respond to investor inquiries regarding onboarding, account documentation, and capital statements.
  • Review investor records and transaction information, coordinating updates when necessary.
  • Prepare onboarding pipeline, compliance, and operational reports for internal stakeholders.
• Team Collaboration & Process Improvement
  • Partner with the Investor Relations team and cross-functional stakeholders to support fundraising and investor engagement initiatives.
  • Contribute to special projects, operational improvements, and AI-driven solutions that enhance scalability and efficiency.
  • Adapt to evolving business priorities while providing support during fundraising cycles and fund closings

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in investor onboarding, client services, KYC/AML compliance coordination, or fund operations within financial services, asset management, or private equity.
• Hands-on experience coordinating KYC documentation and subscription packages, ideally in a U.S.-regulated environment.
• Familiarity with U.S. fund structures (LP, LLC, Delaware entities, offshore feeders) and the documentation requirements for each.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational discipline, essential in a regulated, audit-sensitive environment.
• Strong professional communication skills; able to interact with U.S. and international high-net-worth investors, placement agents, and institutional partners.
• Proactive, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
• High degree of integrity and discretion when handling confidential investor and financial information.
• Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-border team environment.
