Octus is seeking an Operations Associate to join the Global Covenants team in the Bogota office. This client-facing role offers early responsibility and exposure to Octus's clients and global teams. This position supports career growth within financial services, legal operations, and financial data, while collaborating across multiple regions and teams to deliver high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational, time management, and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Field client queries for covenant analysis via email.
• Ensure compliance with processes related to private documents.
• Collaborate with commercial team to provide excellent client service.
• Coordinate with offshore data team and London/USA teams on workflow.
• Monitor fixed income deal flow and related documentation.
• Support legal analysts, credit analysts, and journalists on data projects.
• Lead various administrative and operations projects.
