Ubiquity is seeking a Technical Solutions Architect to lead ideation, design, and implementation of IT solutions across internal and client projects. You will shape architecture roadmaps and portfolios, aligning business needs with technology across Telco, VoIP, Networks, and Systems Engineering in a BPO context.

You will communicate with clients and internal teams, define technical requirements, and deliver high- and low-level designs to support secure, efficient implementations.

Formación

• Minimum 6 years in IT support roles with a strong project management focus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail on business and technology alignment.
• Collaborative management style and teamwork across teams.
• Strong understanding of Telco, Systems Engineering and Networks in BPO.
• Experience in PCI-compliant IT environments.

Responsabilidades

• Directly assists in developing a technical solution.
• Assists other IT teams on solutions and project management.
• Directs identification and recommendation of suitable solutions, upgrades, replacements, or decommissioning.
• Provides analysis and recommendations around information security as needed.
• Delivers solution documents with high-level and low-level designs for SRF/Engineering.
• Leads project implementations from a technical perspective.
