Miratech in Bogotá, Colombia seeks a senior Solution Architect to design scalable, secure software solutions for enterprise clients. You will lead pre-sales activities, collaborate with sales and delivery teams, and shape technical proposals across CX, modernization, and cloud-native domains.

The role emphasizes modern architecture, microservices, API-first design, and containerization, with exposure to CX technologies like Genesys or NICE.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering or solution architecture roles.
• Proficiency with modern architecture patterns: microservices, event-driven systems, API-first design, and containerization.
• Exposure to CX technologies or enterprise customer engagement platforms is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Identify value propositions for enterprise clients and develop solution proposals and statements of work.
• Prepare effort and cost estimations for engineering, modernization, CX solutions, integrations and support services.
• Develop high-level designs, technical blueprints, statements of work, and service designs for CX and non-CX domains.
• Support sales and delivery with knowledge transfer and technical requests.
