EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Lead Infrastructure Engineer to architect, build, automate, and manage global multi-data center infrastructure spanning on-prem and cloud environments. You will drive automation, define IaC strategies, and own system reliability at scale.

You will lead projects, mentor engineers, and design traffic, DNS, and monitoring solutions, while maintaining auditable tooling and robust documentation. Excellent Linux, networking, and cloud skills are essential.

Formación

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in infrastructure or systems engineering.
• Experience with production hardware hosted at colocation facilities.
• Extensive Linux systems administration experience (Red Hat/Debian).
• Core networking experience including Cisco hardware, DNS, load balancing, and traffic management.
• Automation of infrastructure using Ansible, Puppet, or similar tools.
• Production experience with GCP and AWS.
• Ability to lead projects and mentor engineers.
• Excellent English proficiency (B2 or higher).

Responsabilidades

• Architect and manage large-scale, multi data center infrastructure supporting global operations (on-prem, GCP, AWS).
• Drive automation for deployment and configuration management using IaC tools.
• Design and sustain traffic management, load balancing, and DNS at scale.
• Build and maintain monitoring and observability across on‑prem and cloud environments.
• Create tooling for auditable, distributed systems administration.
• Document processes, policies, and procedures for the infra team.
