RHR is seeking a Business Development Manager in Bogotá to generate new CFD trading clients and expand revenue across existing clients. The role centers on affiliate and introducing broker marketing, with a proactive approach to growing the prospect base through referrals and networking.

You will contact and manage clients regularly, market to affiliate partners, and educate prospects on products and platform features.

Formación

• Proven success growing business and driving sales in CFD trading.
• Solid understanding of CFDs, global markets and trading instruments.
• Confident communicator with persuasive negotiating and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and grow trading clients; generate revenue through retail CFD clients.
• Manage affiliates and introducing brokers; build long-lasting relationships.
• Educate prospects about products, platform features and tools; host trainings.
• Plan local marketing events and campaigns; identify growth opportunities in the territory; ensure compliance.
