Lean Solutions Group in Bogotá is seeking a Carrier Sales Representative to develop and maintain relationships with carriers, negotiate competitive rates, and secure capacity to ensure loads are covered efficiently.

You will source and book qualified carriers for FTL loads, monitor capacity, coordinate with operations, and communicate clearly with partners to resolve issues. This is a dynamic, fast-paced logistics role with growth opportunities.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in Carrier Sales or related logistics role.
• Experience negotiating rates with carriers for FTL loads.
• English level: B2/C1 or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Source, contact, and build strong relationships with carriers.
• Negotiate rates and secure competitive pricing for FTL loads.
• Cover available loads by identifying and booking qualified carriers.
• Monitor carrier availability and capacity to support daily operations.
• Maintain strong communication with carriers throughout the booking process.
• Work closely with internal operations teams to ensure loads are covered efficiently.
• Update and maintain accurate carrier and load information in internal systems.
• Resolve carrier-related issues and support the overall transportation process.
