Lean Solutions Group seeks a proactive Brokerage Representative to join our Freight Brokerage team in Bogotá, Colombia. You will support daily load coverage, communicate with carriers, negotiate rates, and resolve time-sensitive transportation challenges while maintaining service and operational accuracy.

• 1+ year in logistics, transportation, carrier sales, or freight brokerage.
• Strong negotiation and rate-calculation abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask across systems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily carrier communications to support load coverage.
• Make and receive frequent calls with carriers.
• Source carriers to secure capacity for loads.
• Negotiate freight rates and ensure competitive pricing.
• Maintain load and carrier data in the TMS.
• Collaborate with internal teams for shipment execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with carriers.
• Handle escalations and resolve transportation challenges.
