Sanofi Bogotá hub is seeking a Candidate Care Partner to lead a multicultural team of Candidate Care Specialists, coordinating interview scheduling, post-offer support, and timely candidate communications across North America, LATAM & Canada.

You will use data insights to improve processes, collaborate with Hub Team Leads, and ensure high service levels while delivering world-class candidate experiences in a diverse, global talent services environment.

Formación

• Proven admin support in recruiting top talent.
• Experience leading scheduling and candidate-experience teams.
• Experience with global Centre of Excellence and standardization across locations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of scheduling tools and recruitment technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, motivate, and support a team of Candidate Care Specialists within the hub location.
• Oversee day-to-day delivery of candidate care services (interview scheduling, post offer support).
• Monitor candidate communication channels and ensure timely messaging.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics related to candidate care.
• Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to enhance candidate care processes.
• Leverage technology and data to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Partner with Hub Team Leads to implement standardized candidate interactions across regions.
