Keyrus Colombia is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment for Canada and the United States from Colombia. You will build pipelines, conduct screens and interviews, and partner with North American hiring managers to fill roles in Data, AI, Cloud, and Analytics.

You will lead sourcing across multiple channels, maintain candidate experience, and contribute to employer branding and reporting efforts in a fast-paced, international environment.

Formación

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, Psychology, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within IT consulting companies or project-based environments.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Actively source Data, AI, Cloud, and Analytics talent through various channels for Canada and the US.
• Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including CV review, pre-screening calls, and interviews.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to enable proactive recruitment for future project demands.
