A global healthcare leader is seeking a Customer Master Data Team Lead in Bogotá, Colombia. This role involves leading a team to deliver superior customer service in master data management, monitoring KPIs, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience, strong leadership skills, and proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Excel. Formación

  • At least 3-5 years in Customer service, Order to Cash & master data management.
  • Experience in a Business Services organization is advantageous.
  • Good command of English (written and verbal) is required.

Overview

Customer Master Data Team Lead, Customer Masterdata & Contract Management – Sanofi

Location: Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia

Responsibilities
  • Supervise the team that delivers the best service for master data management to internal customers, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Monitor KPIs and data quality, analyze deviations from targets and drive corrective actions
  • Address operational issues and follow through to resolution in an effective and timely manner
  • Manage stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Coach Master Data Analysts; team size is 7-10 FTEs
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Master Data Management, Sales Order Management, Requests and Disputes Management, Credit Risk and Credit Data Management, Collections and Customer Contact Management, Cash Application and Receivables Management, AR month-end closing, reporting and non-trade invoice management
  • Ensure master data is captured and maintained in the ERP with proper documentation, supporting accurate sales order management and reducing claims due to data issues
  • Collaborate with neighboring functions; ensure standardized interactions
  • Monitor operational KPIs and compliance with Sanofi policies and guidelines
  • In coordination with the Master Data Manager and local stakeholders, elaborate remediation action plans and promote continuous improvement of the requests & disputes management process
  • Provide supervision and coaching to Master Data Analysts; share expertise
  • Anticipate workload and allocate resources for effective and efficient delivery
  • Oversee employee lifecycle management (recruit, evaluate, develop, reward, retain)
  • Address performance issues and make recommendations for personnel actions
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, trust, and teamwork; advise on actions to improve retention and engagement
Qualifications
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years in Customer service, Order to Cash & master data/Commercial conditions/contract or similar (essential), preferably in Pharma
  • Soft and technical skills: understanding of commercial policies, pricing, rebates, on-off invoices, master data policies (essential)
  • Experience in a Business Services organization (advantageous)
  • Strong business acumen (advantageous)
  • Problem solving, deductive and analytical skills (advantageous)
  • Hands-on SAP experience (essential) in S4HANA, MDG, Condition Contract Management modules (advantageous)
  • Microsoft Office skills; MS Excel (essential)
  • Interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact with customers professionally (essential)
  • Team player with end-to-end mindset; able to work across teams (essential)
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership; organize and prioritize tasks for self and reports (essential)
  • Attention to detail and precision (advantageous)
