Sanofi is seeking a Candidate Care Partner in Bogotá as part of the Global Talent Services hub. You will lead a multicultural team of Candidate Care Specialists, coordinate high-volume recruitment across North America, LATAM and Canada, and ensure excellent candidate experiences throughout the lifecycle.

Formación

• Experience leading admin support in recruitment.
• Experience leading scheduling and candidate experience teams.
• Experience with a global Centre of Excellence and driving standardization across locations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of Candidate Care Specialists within the hub.
• Oversee day-to-day candidate care delivery across the region.
• Monitor candidate communications and ensure timely messaging.
• Track performance metrics and stakeholder feedback.
• Identify opportunities to improve candidate care processes.
• Leverage data to streamline workflows and elevate candidate experience.
• Collaborate with Hub leads to standardize candidate interactions.
