Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement customized marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing objectives and translate them into technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain email templates, CloudPages, automations, and data extensions.
• Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems and platforms.
• Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, push notifications, and social media.
• Implement and manage integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other systems (e.g., CRM, CMS).
• Monitor and optimize email deliverability, engagement metrics, and overall campaign performance.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Provide training and support to clients on best practices and usage of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related technologies.

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications and Data Cloud experience are a plus.
