Job summary

Cencora is seeking an Account Payable Analyst to manage AP activities for Colombia and related countries. You will post invoices, maintain country-specific reports, and ensure timely responses to inquiries while supporting audits and process improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, SAP experience, and a collaborative, compliant mindset. Office presence is expected in Bogota.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA/CA/ACCA/CMA or equivalent certification preferred.
• SAP experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute timely weekly posting of invoices and transactions for assigned countries.
• Submit country-specific reports within defined deadlines.
• Maintain and update the invoice planner for assigned countries.
• Keep country manuals up to date and respond to AP process inquiries promptly.
• Support audits and operational requests and collaborate with the AP Invoicing team.
• Assist in standardizing invoice filing records and processes.
• Contribute to training and backup development for continuity.
