Job summary

World Courier de Colombia S.A. seeks an AP CBS Analyst to execute and follow up on accounts payable activities for assigned countries, ensuring timely postings, documentation, and compliance with audit requirements. The role strengthens process standardization and teamwork within the AP Invoicing team.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in AP, billing, or shared services, with SAP experience and a proactive, collaborative mindset to support continuity and control across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable, billing, or shared services processes.
• Ability to meet country-specific response times and deadlines.
• Active contribution to standardization and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Perform timely weekly posting of invoices and transactions and keep evidence via response emails to the country.
• Manage submission of reports established for each country within defined deadlines.
• Keep and update the invoice Planner for assigned countries.
• Keep manuals for countries and processes up to date.
• Respond promptly to AP-related emails and requests within agreed response times.
• Support audits and other operational requests from the country.
• Collaborate with AP Invoicing team to standardize invoice filing records and processes.
• Assist in documentation, organization, and continuous improvement of processes.
• Contribute to training and development of backups for continuity.
