Moffatt & Nichol is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for our Bogotá office to process invoices, payments, and expense reports with growing independence while applying established AP procedures.

You will verify supporting documentation, code to GL accounts, and coordinate with vendors. The role requires 3–5 years AP experience, ERP familiarity, and strong Excel skills. Sedentary office work with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years AP or accounting clerical experience.
• Experience with ERP or AP systems.
• Proficient Excel for reconciliations and reporting.
• Strong communication and onboarding support.
• Background check per NIST 800-171 post-offer.

Responsabilités

• Process invoices, check requests, garnishments, and tax payments.
• Code invoices to GL accounts and match POs to invoices and supporting documentation.
• Process vendor payments (check, ACH, credit card) and handle vendor correspondence by phone and email.
• Reconcile processed work and maintain historical payment records.
• Assist with monthly reconciliations, accruals, and account analyses.
