Job summary

Cencora Colombia is seeking an AP CBS Analyst to execute accounts payable activities and ensure timely posting for assigned countries. The role emphasizes compliance with response times, documentation, and audit readiness, while contributing to process standardization and teamwork within the AP Invoicing group.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in AP/SSC, a degree in Accounting or Finance, and SAP experience; CPA/CA/ACCA/CMA or equivalent is preferred. This is a full-time role based in Colombia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in accounts payable, billing or SSC roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• CPA/CA/ACCA/CMA or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform timely weekly posting of invoices and transactions for assigned countries.
• Manage submission of reports established for each country within deadlines.
• Maintain/update invoice planners, country vendor updates and responsible parties.
• Keep manuals for countries and processes up to date.
• Respond promptly to AP emails and requests within agreed response times.
• Support audits and other operational requests for the country.
• Collaborate with AP Invoicing team to standardize filing records and processes.
• Document, organize and continuously improve processes.
• Contribute to training and backups to ensure continuity.
