Job summary
Geeks on Site, part of The Otte Polo Group, seeks a Billing & Revenue Operations Lead to oversee and continuously improve our billing and revenue operations. This hands-on leadership role combines team management with active involvement in billing activities, reconciliations, issue resolution, and process automation.
The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years in billing/revenue operations, strong analytical skills, advanced Excel/Sheets, and proven cross-functional collaboration across Finance,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- 3-5+ years in billing, revenue operations, or related financial ops.
- Experience supervising a team and handling complex billing issues.
- Strong understanding of billing processes, controls and reconciliations.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end billing operations with accuracy and timeliness.
- Lead and coach the Billing team with KPIs and accountability.
- Perform reconciliations, discrepancy resolution, and critical tasks as needed.
- Establish billing controls, SOPs, and scalable processes.
- Identify revenue leakage and ensure accurate revenue reporting.
- Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, Sales, and Collections on issues.
