Mastercard is looking for an Analyst, Billing Operations to support centralized billing for products and services. The role involves responding to helpdesk inquiries within SLA, analyzing billing data, and identifying issues with follow-up on resolutions.

You will work to optimize processes, maintain procedures, and adhere to controls around revenue and collections. Basic college education or equivalent experience is preferred.

Formación

• Basic college education or equivalent work experience with emphasis in business or information technology.
• Proficient knowledge of data processing concepts and financial industry practices.
• Experience with relational databases is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Research and respond to helpdesk inquiries within the SLA.
• Analyzes billing data, researches trends and identifies issues; follow up on resolutions.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization within area of responsibility; coordinates with leadership to implement improvements.
• Maintains desktop procedures and adheres to controls around revenue and collections.
