You will collaborate with technology teams, define business requirements, and ensure high-quality documentation and training materials. In this role, you will lead the intake of enhancement requests, validate solutions against requirements, and coordinate across stakeholders to ensure business outcomes.

Formación

• Advanced experience supporting billing products, systems, or platforms in an operational or product support role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead requirements gathering and documentation for complex billing or financial system enhancements.
• Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into clear requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as operational point of contact for billing applications and ensure day-to-day support.
• Identify trends, risks, and implement process or product improvements.
• Create and maintain job aids, SOPs, user guides, and training materials for billing processes.
