Job summary

Lenovo is looking for a Billing Cash Applications intern in Bogotá, Colombia. The role supports billing operations across LATAM, focusing on issuing invoices, delivering documentation, and following up on billing inquiries.

You will gain exposure to Accounts Receivable and Collections, work onsite as required, and collaborate with the Billing team to maintain accurate records and resolve issues. Final-year students or recent graduates with accounting/finance/admin background and basic SAP/Excel

Qualifications

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Intermediate English, with the ability to understand and respond to business emails.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and financial processes.
• Availability to work onsite according to business needs.

Responsibilities

• Support billing and rebilling processes.
• Send invoices and related documentation to customers.
• Follow up on customer requests and billing-related inquiries.
• Assist in reviewing and validating information to ensure billing accuracy.
• Monitor pending cases and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
• Support operational controls and reporting activities within the Billing area.
• Maintain documentation and records up to date.
• Identify errors, outstanding items, or situations requiring escalation.
• Provide general support to the Billing team according to operational needs.
