LivaNova PLC in Bogotá, Colombia is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to ensure accurate, timely AP processing for Colombia and Chile. You will work with SAP S/4HANA, perform PO matching, tax validation, and liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders in a high-volume, deadline-driven setting.

The ideal candidate holds a accounting-related degree, is bilingual in Spanish and English, has hands-on AP experience, and can manage month-end close with attention to detail.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA in Accounts Payable.
• Experience with end-to-end Accounts Payable processes and tax requirements is desired.
• Intermediate Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Process and validate supplier and intercompany invoices for Colombia and Chile.
• Perform two-way and three-way invoice matching and PO follow-up.
• Support supplier payments, reconciliations and monthly close.
• Maintain accurate AP records in SAP and assist with audits.
