Zoe Financial is seeking a Billing Analyst in Bogotá, Colombia (on-site) to join our Finance team. You will own the US AUM billing process, process over 750 invoices quarterly, and oversee US monthly retainer and consulting fee invoicing while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You'll collaborate cross-functionally to optimize revenue workflows, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and leverage Excel and databases to analyze billing data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree Economics or finance related.
• +2 years of Billing, Accounting and/or Finance roles.
• +1 year in a in-house start-up environment, tech start-up experience preferred.
• Involvement in End-to-End revenue operations.
• Spreadsheets management proficiency.
• B2+ English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound invoices from our client base across revenue streams.
• Own the US AUM billing process, handling over 750 invoices quarterly.
• Oversee US monthly retainer and consulting fee invoice issuance.
• Improve and scale billing and revenue processes across the org.
• Maintain high accuracy while handling high volumes of data.
• Collaborate with partners and vendors with tact and clear communication.
