Job summary

Asurion seeks a Timekeeping Payroll Specialist in Bogotá to ensure accurate, on-time payroll processing. You will review timecards, ensure regulatory compliance, and reconcile data across timekeeping systems while collaborating with HR and Operations.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in payroll/timekeeping in high-volume environments, strong Excel skills, and fluency in Spanish and English. Experience with UKG, Workday, or SAP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, business, finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of payroll/timekeeping/HR operations experience in high-volume environments (BPO/call center preferred).
• Experience with payroll processes and timekeeping systems (UKG, Workday, SAP or similar).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering, PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate timecards to ensure accuracy before payroll processing deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with Colombian labor laws including overtime, holidays, and leave.
• Edit and adjust timekeeping records with proper documentation and approvals.
• Update records for new hires, transfers, and separations per payroll needs.
• Maintain auditable timekeeping records and support internal audits.
