Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Deep understanding of HR transactions and policies.
• Experience in a service center or call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-level support for Time and Pay related requests.
• Maintain accurate information in HR case files and systems.
• Advise and escalate issues per Bank policies and country-specific processes.
• Manage Time and Attendance and Payroll concerns with a customer-focused approach.
• Collaborate with People Leaders and GHRO teams to resolve issues.
