Amgen in Bogotá, Colombia, is seeking a Staff Relations Manager to provide expert employee relations guidance to managers and staff across LATAM and Canada. The role partners with regional HR leaders, compliance and legal to protect Amgen values, investigate policy violations, and coach on performance and discipline.

You will conduct thorough investigations, document findings, and maintain confidentiality, while collaborating with local HR and learning teams to deliver training and apply HR

Formación

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 2–4 years of Employee Relations experience is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert staff relations guidance on performance, discipline, and workplace conflict.
• Conduct thorough, confidential HR investigations and document findings.
• Partner with regional HR and Compliance to ensure compliant ER practices.
• Maintain case records in the case management system and support process improvements.
• Deliver training with Legal, Compliance and Learning & Development teams.
