Reverse Logistics Group (RLG) is seeking a seasoned People leader in Medellin to oversee talent management across the organization. You will drive recruitment, development, performance evaluation, compensation, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Formación

• Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Industrial Engineering.
• Specialization in Human Resources Management.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership positions within the field.
• English proficiency.
• Experience managing payroll and social security programs.
• Microsoft Office 365.
• Preferably knowledge of ISO 9001.
