Job summary

Jeeves, a stablecoin-native banking platform, is seeking a high-caliber bilingual Collections & Accounts Receivable Specialist for our Bogotá office. You will manage a complex B2B portfolio, drive timely recoveries, and optimize portfolio health while maintaining premium fintech service standards.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in collections/AR, fluency in English and Spanish, and comfort with AI-driven automation tools and external agencies. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bogotá.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years in Collections or Accounts Receivable in fintech, banking or B2B.
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Strong negotiation and dispute-resolution skills with a proactive attitude.
Experience with AI-driven collections tools and CRM/databases.
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.

Responsibilities

Portfolio Management: Manage an end-to-end B2B accounts receivable portfolio to maximize recovery.
AI Partner & System Management: Monitor and optimize AI-driven collections workflows and strategies.
Proactive Risk Mitigation: Identify high-risk accounts early and provide actionable insights to Risk Team.
Internal Navigation & Alignment: Collaborate with Collections, GTM, Customer Support, Accounting, and Payments.
External Partner Management: Manage relationships with external collection agencies and preliminary legal matters.
Autonomous Execution: Adhere to financial processes, credit policies, and guardrails.
Strategic Communication & Follow-up: Conduct executive outreach and maintain strict follow-up cadence.
Financial Analysis: Investigate causes of non-payment and propose write-offs or restructures.
