Consumer Sales Services (CSS) is seeking motivated, energetic, Bilingual Sales Representatives to join our team in Barranquilla. You will communicate with customers in the United States and promote energy-related products and services through outbound calls.

If you have strong English skills (B2+), a positive attitude, and a drive to succeed in sales, this on-site role offers full training, competitive pay, commissions, and opportunities for growth in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Formación

• English level B2 or higher.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

• Previous experience in sales, call centers, or BPO is preferred but not required.
