America's Got Soccer is seeking a bilingual Sales Representative to join our in-office team in Bogotá. You will manage high-volume outreach, convert inquiries into registrations for camps and programs, and build a strong pipeline with families.

You speak English and Spanish fluently, love a fast-paced environment, and are driven by targets. If you can communicate with parents, close enrollments, and collaborate with operations, we want to hear from you.

Responsabilidades

We're looking for a Bilingual Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. This is a full-time, in-office role focused on building relationships with families, creating opportunities, and closing deals. • Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups
• Convert inquiries into registrations for camps, leagues, and programs
• Proactively generate new leads through outreach and follow-ups
• Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Track all interactions accurately using CRM systems

Customer Relationship Building

• Build strong rapport with parents and guardians
• Understand customer needs and recommend best-fit programs
• Deliver a high-energy, positive, and professional experience
• Confidently present program offerings and value propositions
• Overcome objections and close enrollments
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets
• Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish

Requirements

• Ability to build rapport with families - You can talk to parents with ease, listen to their needs, and guide them to the right solution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills - You're great with people, clear in your message, and comfortable speaking with both adults and kids.
• Fluent in English and Spanish - You can confidently communicate with families in both languages.
• Team player who takes initiative - You bring energy to a group but can also work independently and stay focused without micromanagement.
