A global leader in customer experience is seeking a Staff Recruiter in Colombia. In this role, you will manage recruitment processes, assist in associate relations, and work closely with management to ensure effective hiring. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in the Call Center industry, and must possess a B2 English level. This position offers a full-time schedule with the flexibility to work from home.

Formación

• 1-2 years of experience as a Recruiter.
• Experience in Human Resources, especially in recruiting non-exempt personnel and HR administration preferred.
• Experience in the Call Center industry preferred.
• B2 English Level or above.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the local HR team with overall responsibilities.
• Develop others and coordinate with Managers and Directors.
• Manage kick off calls with Hiring Managers.
• Post requested positions in collaboration with Marketing.
• Interview candidates and evaluate their profiles.
• Conduct assessments with hiring managers and HR representatives.
• Research market salary competitiveness.
