Job summary

Propertyse is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily property operations, tenant relations, and owner communications. You will manage leasing, maintenance coordination, rent collections, and compliance, using dashboards in Google Sheets, ClickUp, and property management databases.

The role requires 2+ years in property management, bilingual English/Spanish, and strong organizational skills. This is a remote/hybrid contract role with company tools training and Deel-based payments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Property Management, residential and/or multifamily.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required (fluent speaking and writing).
• Proficient with property management software such as AppFolio or similar.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and multitasking advantage.
• Experience using project dashboards and technology to automate processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations across the portfolio and manage tenant inquiries and conflicts.
• Coordinate maintenance, work orders, and vendor relations; ensure timely completion and proper documentation.
